At West Coast Fitness, people take centre stage. We believe that fitness training should empower people's lives so they can make an impact in the lives of people around them. Adhering to an exercise program is key to reaching your goals and when people connect with people, they stay motivated, they have fun and they get results! We want to celebrate the small victories that our clients make each session in the gym and also the larger victories they make in the real world.
We don't just offer kick butt training sessions and classes, we also organize challenging, exciting community events. These adventures give people the opportunity to get out into nature and put their training to the test. So whether it's hiking the Grouse Grind or The Chief, going Ice Skating or overcoming your fear of heights on the Climbing Wall we want you to join us on each one of our adventures!
