            BOXFIT is a non-contact, fast paced combination of boxing and functional conditioning drills combined to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and abilities in a non-choreographed group setting.

            Do you wish to improve your overall fitness levels? Tone your upper and lower body? Lose weight?  People from all walks of life can benefit from BOXFIT. The Instructors are well experienced and fully certified. They will provide you with all the necessary skill and technique advice, at the same time providing a highly motivating environment. All equipment is provided.
