  1. FREE FITNESS TEST DRIVE - Schedule a FREE no obligation Fitness Test Drive with one of our certified trainers.  Our fun, no pressure consultation you will give you the opportunity to let us know all about your fitness history and future goals.  We will ask you specific questions that will help us create a program as individual as you are, based on your needs and abilities.   We'll also explain to you our training system that guarantees your success.  Then you'll get the chance to experience our top notch training during the Dynamic Fitness assessment.  This is a short 10-20min workout that allows us to see how you move and recognize any muscle imbalances or postural deviations.  You'll also get a taste of how fun training with us is! 
  2. HOMEWORK - Once we decide which training program will best suit your schedule and budget we then arrange for our first session.  At that time we will assign you homework, that's right, homework! We believe that the success of your program will hinge on how well prepared you are to implement the changes that are about to come.  We utilize powerful life coaching exercises that help you clarify what your goals are, what your internal motivation is, how you are going to overcome obstacles and of course how you should be eating for results.  
  3. CREATE THE PLAN - Then it's time to train!  That's the easy part.  We only get to see our clients for a few hours a week.  What about the other 160+ hours!?  We will create a comprehensive program explaining to you exactly what you should be doing when your not training with us. Even if we only see you once a week each client receives this kind of attention. Then it's our job to keep you accountable to the plan.  "Plan the work. Work the plan", as my mentor used to say. We utilize time management and weekly program structure documents that help keep us both on the same page and we ensure your as much a part of the planning process as us.  
  4. STAY ACCOUNTABLE - We believe that true accountability is effective when there is something clearly defined and measurable. We like to administer different types of tests with clients to help them stay on track, set goals and stay motivate as they see the results they are getting. These tests vary and are based on each individual client.  

Program Options:


We have a variety of programs that can meet all budget's and schedules:
  1. One-on-One Hour Sessions ($56.50 - $71.50/session)
  2. One-on-One 30min Sessions ($35.50 - $50.50/session)
  3. Partner Hour Sessions ($38.25 - $45.75/session/person)
  4. Partner 30min Sessions (20.25 - $27.75/session/person)
  5. Small Group Training (3-5 people, prices vary)

Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client - that's what makes it personal! You choose to workout with your trainer as often as five times per week but most clients opt for one to four training sessions per week for maximum effectiveness. At the very least, you should visit your trainer once every six to eight weeks to make a few changes to your program to make sure you're always progressing and experiencing results. Too many people stay on the same program for an extended period of time and wonder why they're no longer experiencing changes in their fitness level. Programming updates are very important to ensure ongoing progress. You can also choose to train for 30 minute or 60 minute sessions depending on your time. You also have the option to train alone, with a partner or in a small group setting. We make every attempt possible to customize a plan that is going to work within your schedule and budget and that will ensure success.

We can focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these depending on your goals, needs, strengths and weaknesses. Workouts can take place within the studio, outdoors or even at your home or work. Many of our clients are members at another gym and just come to us for their personal training. You could decide you want to learn to run, train for a triathlon, go for a walk or even head to the park for a one-on-one game of basketball. We really do strive to make our clients' sessions as individualized as possible, effective and lots of fun!
